This guide will show you how to activate a subscription for a specific customer using your reseller control panel.

  1. First login to your reseller control panel

  2. Switch to the Billing part of the platform with the URL on your top right corner.


  3. Within your Billing CP, go to Orders -> Add New Order


  4. Now you enter the customer account ID, Service plan you want to buy and Subscription period the product is available for.


  5. Depending on the service plan you bought some additional parameters will be requested in the next step, like a domain name.


  6. In the last step you will receive an order summary. Press the place Order button to complete and confirm the order.


  7. The subscription is now activated for your customer. Login to the customer interface to manage the service specific settings.
